Most common question raised from the online shoppers listed below:

Can I order Safely Online?
Yes, but like most things in life, some care should be used. There are 2 minimum requirements for safe online shopping. Make sure the business is a legitimate one. Is it a corporation or LLC that must be registered with the state and can be easily looked up at the state website? DO they have a telephone number that you can call? If it is an 800 number, do they also provide their local landline number? Do they provide their address? If it is a PO BOX, do they also provide their actual physical address? Make sure you are on a Secure web page (HTTPS: in the address bar) when you enter any type of personal information or Credit Card. Does the address bar in the browser start with HTTPS:? Note: Almost all older browsers show a little yellow lock at the bottom right hand corner of the secure webpage. Unfortunately, Microsoft in there divineless ignorance, decided to remove it in IE 7.0. Just remove the only thing user have grown to trust. So the best way to check this is when you are on the page that actually will accept your credit card information, make sure the address in the address bar, starts with HTTPS:. The magic letter here is the "S". The "S" indicates that the browser is now working with a secure protocol (the way it talks to the server). There are other things that can also be helpful (ex. download the Google Toolbar and only shop at websites that have a PR (Google Page Rank) of 1 or more. 99% of the thieves' website have "0 PR". Thank you Google), but the above 2 are absolutely mandatory. Keep an eye out for our Free eBook coming out that will give you more tips on keeping your credit card and personal info safe. Here are a couple DO NOTs. Absolutely NEVER click on a link sent to you in an email. Spammers are thieves and some of them are very tricky. They can show you a legitimate business email and still send back your email as delivered, or take you to a website in Russia or anywhere else, where you are absolutely sure to get your information stolen. Do NOT get lured into a false sense of security because of Logos from BBB, Hacker Safe and others. These are all very good and trusted organizations, but the thieves know that and they will not hesitate to show you those Logos, even though they are not legitimate. So is your data safe on 12VoltGifts. Yes, if you use the secure shopping cart because we do not store any credit card information, except when it is given to us over the phone. How Long Will My Delivery Take?
It is important to understand that there are 2 times that make up the total time for the delivery of your purchase. The first is Product Fulfillment and the second is Product Delivery. The time of Product fulfillment is the time is takes to get your order, process the credit card information, send it to the warehouse, waiting in the warehouse queue, pull it from the shelves (or possible manufacturing time), and put it on the delivery truck. This time usually takes anywhere from a few hours to 3 or 4 days if your order is places on Friday afternoon and has to wait until Monday (or Tuesday if a holiday). It can take as much as 2 or 3 weeks if the product has to be manufactured. The second, product delivery time, is what you pay for by selecting Ground or 3-Day. This usually takes anywhere from 1 to 6 days and weekends and holidays do not count. Selecting 3-days can actually take as many as 6 days if it includes a weekend and a holiday. What all delivery agents use is 3 working days.

Why do you have the Copyright on Your Photos?
Isn't it ok to Copy Product Photos?
NO! It is NOT ok to Copy our Product Photos. We spend many hours scanning and taking pictures of our products and then cleaning up the photos so they will look good for our customers. Even when we use photos from our suppliers, we almost always crop and reduce the size for faster download. That makes them our property and Copyrighted. We have found some of our competitors have just taken our work and put it on their own website. This is illegal and a Clear Violation of our Copyright. I certainly would not do business with someone who would take someone else's work and present it as their own. Makes you wonder what else they might be willing to do. We wish our competitors much success, but we would like to see them earn that success (as most do) by doing their own work. We do give our customers permission to print our product pages for later review or to pass along to a friend.
